Store Manager - Lifestyle Division (Bekasi)
Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Summarecon Mall Bekasi
Responsibilities:
Responsible on the day to day operation of store
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
Providing excellent service to customers leading to a direct increase in sales revenue within an image conscious environment where teamwork, trust, respect and care for each other are key factors
Requirements:
Female, max 30 years old
Minimum education is Diploma III / Bachelor Degree of any major
Able to work on retail hours (shift), including weekends and public holidays
Having experience minimum 2 years in retail industry, experience in Supervisory or Managerial role would be an advantage
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Fluent in spoken and written English
Must be hands on, resourceful, result oriented, and strong in teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining the team

Pendidikan min. SMU / SMK (tidak sedang menjalani kuliah kecuali semester akhir)
Bersedia bekerja dengan jam kerja ritel (shift), weekend dan hari libur nasional
Lebih disukai yang sudah memiliki pengalaman
Mampu untuk berbahasa Inggris (min pasif)
